Presidential elections 2018: Almost 16% of voters have voted by 12 pm

Voter turnout for the presidential elections in Georgia was at 15.95% by 12 p.m., the Central Election Commission (CEC) reports.

The highest activity (27,4%) was reported in Ambrolauri, Racha while voters have been most passive (12%) in Kazbegi.

“15.95% is equal to 558,755 voters. In the 2013 presidential elections, the voter turnout was 17.15% by the same time”, CEC spokeswoman Ana Mikeladze said at the briefing.
