A new 4-star hotel will be opened in Sighnaghi, in Georgia’s wine region of Kakheti, featuring 130 rooms, spa and fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurant and all other necessary facilities.
The hotel will be able to begin hosting guests in 2020.
The cost of the project is $21 million and is being implemented within the Georgian Tourism Development Fund, which is created by the Co-Investment Fund.
As of today the Georgian Tourism Development Fund portfolio includes 10 projects with a total investment volume of $600 million.
