Father's Day, introduced within the MenCare Georgia Campaign, is celebrated for the third time today aiming to emphasize the importance of fathers’ involvement in family life and the upbringing of children.

The central event of the Father's Day celebration will be the play "Fairytale Show” to be performed by the Professional State Youth Theatre at 19:00 at the Mziuri Park Stage in Tbilisi.

Moreover, children and their parents visiting Mziuri Park will be able to participate in different intellectual and entertaining games and enjoy spending quality time together.

This year Father’s’ Day celebrations will be extended to Kakheti and Samegrelo regions with various activities for kids and their parents, organisers say.

The MenCare Georgia Campaign is supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Georgia Country Office and the NGO We Care.
