Georgian, Lithuanian police to deepen cooperation

The ties between the Georgian and Lithuanian Interior Ministries will now become stronger as the two countries have signed a memorandum of understanding between their police units.
Signing a memorandum today, Georgia’s First Deputy Interior Minister Besik Amiranashvili and the Head of the Lithuanian National Police Linas Pernavas believe the two countries will not only deepen cooperation but also exchange expertise in crime prevention, fight against crime and relevant education.
