The students of Batumi State Maritime Academy will receive experience and improve their skills at the ships of Hyundai Glovis as the academy and Hyundai Glovis signed a memorandum of understanding today.

Georgian Minister of Economy Giorgi Gakharia said Hyundai Glovis is one of the largest transport companies that operates in our region.

Our maritime academy is one of the best in the region… The students of maritime academy will have studies and practice with Hyundai Glovis and its business environment”, Minister Gakharia said.

Gakharia said the professional Georgian sailors who are serving at the leading global companies are not only "huge contribution to Georgian economy but also to development of educational system and employment”.
