Georgian PM sends best wishes to Canada on its 150th anniversary

Georgia joins Canada in celebrating its 150th anniversary also known as the anniversary of the Confederation.

On behalf of his country and people, Georgia Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili send best wishes to the people of Canada and its government.
Canada is our one of the strongest supporters of our country’s democratic development and Euro-Atlantic aspirations and we very much appreciate this support”, Prime Minister Kvirikashvili said.
He said he feels confident that long-lasting friendship between the Georgian and Canadian people will become even deeper.
I sincerely wish Canadian people peace, security and welfare”, Kvirikashvili said.
150th anniversary of Canada’s Confederation is believed to be a time for Canadians to celebrate their history, traditions, values and achievements that have shaped their country.
Canada commends the democratic reforms that the Government of Georgia is implementing, says a Canadian official. Canadian Ambassador to Germany and special envoy to the European Union Stephane Dion, is paying a two-day official visit to Tbilisi.
