One of rock music's greatest ever bands is coming to Georgia next spring to perform a grand concert in front of thousands of dedicated fans at the country's newest performance venue, the Black Sea Arena.
On May 20, 2017 the Black Sea Arena near the western Black Sea coast will host a one-of show by Aerosmith. The band, led by legendary icon Steven Tyler, is regarded as many as the best-selling American hard rock band of all time.
The five-members band will perform in Georgia as part of their 2017 European tour, AeroVederci, Baby!, it was announced earlier today.
Formed in Boston, the United States in 1970, the group has sold over 150 million records across the world and won four Grammy Awards; these achievements have allowed the band to be referredto as "America's greatest rock and roll band".#AeroVederci Baby! & hello Europe - 2017 tour announced today via the Aerosmith News Network. Within the AeroVederci, Baby! tour, the group will perform in 17 European cities. The tour will launch in Tel Aviv, Israel on May 17 before the band heads to Georgia.
The American band will also play in cities like Munich, Dublin, Lisbon and Madrid in their bid to "take over Europe", with the tour ending in Switzerland on July 5.

The Georgia concert will be held at the Black Sea Arena, located in Shekvetili resort town. The concert venue officially launched in July this year.
Designed by German architects Drei Architekten, the Black Sea Arena can accommodate about 10,000 spectators on circular grandstands.
Construction of the arena was funded by the Cartu Charity Foundation and the facility was fitted with state-of-the-art technology for concerts and shows.
Since its opening the venue has already hosted internationally celebrated artists including German rock band Scorpions, American pop singer Christina Aguilera and British violinist Vanessa Mae.
