Georgia has launched an online platform to let its citizens who are currently abroad to find the electoral district where they can vote in the Georgian Parliamentary Elections on October 8.
The electronic registry of electoral districts abroad was created by the Consular Department of Georgia’s Foreign Ministry.
Indicating their ID number, date of birth and name, all Georgian citizens abroad that are on the consular registry will find information online about the voting station where they are able to vote,” the Ministry said.
The information will include the address and phone number of the voting district.
Seven days remain before Georgian citizens can go to a polling station and vote for who they want to run the country for the next four years.
