Georgian President pardons eight convicts

Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili has pardoned eight convicts in the country, the Presidential Administration said on Monday.

Six of the individuals, including one female, have been fully released from serving their sentences.

Additionally, two other convicts, one of whom is also female, received a reduction in their remaining sentences.
