Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Wednesday sent his condolences to Spain after Tuesday’s heavy rain and flash floods killed at least 63 and left others missing in the southeastern region of Valencia.
In his social media post, the head of the Government noted “I am deeply saddened by the devastating floods in Spain, which have caused a tragic loss of life”.
Kobakhidze extended his “full support” to the Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and wished “strength, unity, and resilience to the brave people of Spain. Georgia stands in solidarity with Spain during this difficult time”, he added.
