Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Otar Shamugia, the Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of the country, on Wednesday visited a farm in the village of Dzlevijvari, in the eastern Shida Kartli region.
The farm built with private investment, is home to around 1,500 breeds of cattle.
The investor reviewed the project with the Prime Minister and said it had created job opportunities for 200 people in the local community.
The farm boasts modern equipment and “state-of-the-art” facilities, the Government Administration said, adding it also used its own land for cattle grazing.
