The Georgian Civil Aviation Agency on Monday said China’s SF Airlines would increase the frequency of cargo flights starting this month.

Notably, the airline company will operate two direct flights between the Chinese city of Ürümqi and the Georgian capital city of Tbilisi per week.

The Agency said SF Airlines had already obtained permission for the increased frequency.

The Chinese company began operating direct charter cargo flights through Tbilisi International Airport in late July.

With a fleet of over 80 aircraft worldwide, SF Airlines is considered the largest cargo airline in China.
