The importance of legal cooperation with partner states in civil and criminal law was discussed on Thursday between Beka Dzamashvili, the Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia and Nilakshi Saha Sinha, the Indian Ambassador to the country.
The sides also reviewed the Ministry’s main directions, innovative projects in providing state services, and successful reforms implemented in the penitentiary system, the body said, adding “particular initiatives” for future cooperation had also been discussed at the meeting.
The Deputy Minister invited Nilakshi Sinha to the United Nations Public Service Forum to be hosted by Georgia in 2026.
