The topic of human rights protection in Georgia was discussed between Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and the country’s Public Defender Levan Ioseliani on Monday, the Government Administration said.
Ioseliani highlighted “main directions” of activities of his office and challenges with the head of the Government.
Kobakhidze emphasised the importance of the work of the body, noting his Government had “paid great attention” to its recommendations for improving the standards of human rights protection in the country.
