Members of the Georgian women's national football team last week received internationally recognised UEFA C-level coaching licences, allowing them to work in schools and football academies.

The licence course was organised by the Technical Department of the Georgian Football Federation and hosted for the first time in the country, the Federation said.

The course enabled the members of the team to receive the coaching education while pursuing their playing career.
