Viktor Orbán, the Hungarian Prime Minister, on Thursday said the Georgian Government and economy were “doing well” and the country was “on the right track”.
“Things are going well in Georgia, I mean the path of European membership is OK, [the] Georgian Government is doing well, [the country’s] economy is improving. So I think you are on the right track”, Orbán told the Georgian media.
The head of state further congratulated the Georgian national football team on their historic victory at the ongoing European Championship against Portugal on Wednesday, which advanced the country to the playoff stage in their first participation in the competition.
