Austrian YouTuber with 400,000 subscribers exploring Georgian gastronomy, wine

Lukas Gangenmüller, an Austrian YouTuber with hundreds and thousands of subscribers, is visiting Georgia with his filming crew to capture the country’s gastronomy and wine, the Georgian National Tourism Administration said on Wednesday.

Organised by the Administration, the tour involves visits to the capital city of Tbilisi, the nearby historical capital of Mtskheta, and the cities of Martvili and Zugdidi in the country’s west.

Gangenmüller emphasised the hospitality, culture and cuisine in his initial impressions of the country shortly after the arrival.

I have only been in Georgia for a few hours, but I can confidently say that there is no place quite like it. In such a short time, we have already experienced the culture and felt like we have known the locals for ages. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. The people are friendly, the cuisine is amazing and the Georgian beer is fantastic”, he said.

The content creator added he was looking forward to “many more wonderful days and adventure ahead”, encouraging travellers to consider visiting Georgia.
