Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili on Tuesday attended an informal event at the invitation of Xavier Bettel, the Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Georgian foreign office said.
At the meeting, initiated by Bettel, Darchiashvili had the “opportunity to engage with a number of his fellow ministers, providing them with updates on Georgia's European integration agenda and the progress in implementing recommendations”, the body noted.
The foreign office said the gathering also featured foreign ministers from EU member, partner, and candidate countries.
It also added the foreign ministers attending the event had an audience with Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, with the Grand Ducal Palace responding to the meeting on its social media.
