Georgian cuisine showcased at Fortress of Tastes Festival in Poland

Cuisine from Georgia’s Black Sea region of Adjara, as well as local winemaking traditions and folklore were showcased at the Fortress of Tastes historical culinary festival in Poland, the Adjara Tourism Department said on Friday.

Visitors of the festival, hosted at the historical fortress of Czocha near the city of Wroclaw, had the opportunity to watch Georgian folklore shows and taste food, wine and sweets from the country.

Georgian chefs and travel companies were involved in highlighting the gastronomic potential of Adjara at the event, with the support of the Department.
