Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, on an official visit to Brussels, will meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Wednesday.
The meeting will take place at the headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the NATO press office announced.
Garibashvili is set to hold high-level bilateral meetings at the European Council, the European Commission, the European Parliament and NATO as part of his visit, the Georgian Government’s Administration said.
Within the framework of the two-day visit, the head of the Georgian Government will discuss his country’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration agenda, matters related to the EU membership questionnaire handed in by his Government, as well as the security situation in the Black Sea region.
Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili on Tuesday said the country’s prospects for European Union candidate status and “tangible mechanisms” for deepening its EU integration would be discussed within the framework of meetings during his two-day visit to Brussels starting today.
