German airline Condor makes inaugural flight to Georgia

German-based Condor Airlines has made its maiden flight to Georgia carrying 140 passengers from Frankfurt to Tbilisi, the United Airports of Georgia said on Monday.

The airline will perform Frankfurt-Tbilisi-Frankfurt flights twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, until October 28.

Vako Chilashvili, the Head of Aviation Business Development at United Airports of Georgia, said Georgian passengers would soon also be able to fly to United States destinations with Condor.

Established in 1995, the airline company operates a fleet of over 50 aircraft.
