Heavy rain damages Didi Digomi district in Tbilisi

Tbilisi’s Didi Digomi district was flooded by heavy rain last night.
The Georgian service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty has released a video of the flooded motorway:
RFERL has reported that the ground floors of the residential houses have also been flooded in Didi Digomi and its adjacent village of Digomi.
Meanwhile, the Emergency Management Service of the Interior Ministry, which has received up to 100 calls about the damage, has sent around 20 rescuer teams to help people deal with the affects of the flooding.
