Head of the Georgian National Centre for Disease Control Amiran Gamkrelidze says that patients with the coronavirus are exhibiting less serious symptoms and manifestations of the disease than in March and April, and that the number of severe cases has decreased.
We publish the analysis once every month and a half and the third published analysis was carried out according to the data of July 11. You will see that in the second and third editions prepared according to the total number of infected people, the share of mild and moderate cases is higher than it was in March and April", said Gamkrelidze.
He added that today it is difficult to say what has caused this change in the dynamic.
Georgia has reported three new cases of the coronavirus earlier today.
