Georgia allows open-air seminars, training and outdoor adventure activities

With the reopening of domestic tourism in Georgia the government has decided to allow open-air seminars, trainings and outdoor adventure activities, such as rafting, kayaking, canyoning and all kinds of land and air adventures Georgia has to offer.

Open-air seminars, training and outdoor adventure activities should be conducted in accordance with the general recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Georgia, as decided at today's Interagency Coordination Council meeting.

Domestic tourism resumed on June 15 in Georgia, while the country will open its doors to international tourists on July 1.

The government of Georgia announced that with the opening of domestic tourism, hotels and food facilities across the country are being actively monitored to ensure they meet safety standards.

The government calls on businesses to strictly meet established regulations and avoid fines.

Due to the current epidemiological situation, strict quarantine restrictions remain in the village of Mushevani in Bolnisi Municipality.
