Police negotiating with inebriated man firing randomly from residential building in Tbilisi

Police are now negotiating with an allegedly inebriated man in Varketili district of Tbilisi who has made several random shots from his residential building. 

The man is on the first floor of the building. 

Head of patrol police Vazha Siradze says that the family of the man has been evacuated and the police are ensuring the safety of other people living there. 

No one has been injured so far.
