Visas on arrival will be available to Georgian citizens arriving in the country starting April 14, 2019.
Georgian citizens will be able to spend up to 15 days in Thailand after receiving a visa on arrival at the border.
Georgian and Thai citizens, owning diplomatic and official passport, as well as office-related passports, are already exempt from visa requirements as of March 14, 2019. The agreement was signed by the countries on September 26, 2018.
An official delegation from Thailand is set to visit Georgia on March 31 – April 2.
The first round of consultations between Georgia’s and Thailand’s foreign ministries will be held during the visit.
The parties will discuss prospects of further deepening relationships between the countries.
Visas on arrival will soon be available to Georgian citizens visiting Thailand.
Georgian visa application centres will be launched in ten different cities in India.
Georgia and India are deepening bilateral ties in a range of field, including tourism and aviation, by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) to facilitate easier travel between India and Georgia.
Georgia has revealed more details of the country’s new visa regulations and announced which countries do and do not need a visa to enter Georgia.
