A current situation in the two occupied regions of Georgia Abkhazia and Tskhinvali (South Ossetia) were in focus of a meeting held between Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini in Brussels today.
Mogherini stated that Georgia remains on the EU agenda and said that she is glad that the Georgian President visited Brussels on her first official trip abroad,” the President’s press office reported.

During her visit to Brussels Zurabishvili also met with the head of the European Commission, EU CommissionerJohannes Hahn, Georgian students and members of diaspora.
