Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili is paying an official visit to Latvia.
Zurabishvili arrived in Riga earlier today. She will hold meetings with Latvian officials tomorrow.

During her visit, President Zurabishvii will meet with her Latvian counterpart, President Raimonds Vējonis, Prime Minister Krišjānis Kariņš and Parlaimentary Speaker Ināra Mūrniece.
Latvia has always been and will be Georgia’s supporter and friend on its way to the European Union and NATO”, President Vējonis has stated earlier.
He also reiterated his country's "constant support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity".
Salome Zurabishvili will end her visit to Latvia on May 16. She will then leave for Estonia and meet with Estonian officials.
