A total of 420 internally displaced families from Georgia’s breakaway Abkhazia will have access to natural gas starting from next month.
These families live in Georgia’s capital city of Tbilisi, in the district of Bagebi.
Georgia’s Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees, Sozar Subari together with the Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze and Deputy Minister of Georgia’s Ministry of Economy Romeo Mikautadze visited the area today to examine the gasification process.
The officials looked through the works carried by the Kazakhstan gas company KazTransGas Tbilisi
The 200,000 GEL (about $79,840/€64,383*) gasification project is financed by the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees.
