FIFA standard stadium to open in Georgia’s Racha region in 2019

The Georgian city of Ambrolauri in the country’s Racha region will soon have a stadium meeting FIFA standards.

 

Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze, who visited the region yesterday, stated that the stadium will be opened in 2019..

 

Artificial turf surface has been laid and a stand-by field is now being built for 500 viewers with tribunes around it.

 

The cost of construction works amounts to over 1.5 million GEL.
