12 socially vulnerable families with multiple children will receive brand new washing machines and other domestic facilities to make their everyday work easier.

A new social campaign launched under the name "This Way it’s Easier” contributes to improving the lives of those families who live in difficult conditions. This especially concerns the rural areas where even to have proper hygiene in the families is a big challenge and it demands huge human effort, which badly affects women’s health.

Launched by the Georgian Lottery Company (GLC) and Women’s Information Center (WIC) in May-June of the previous year, this will be a new stage of cooperation between the GLC and WIC covering the entire country. The campaign is a coincidence of the NGO’s objectives and social responsibility of a business company, in frames of which the families with different needs have been selected.

We know that a lot of families are waiting for us. Our experience of work with nongovernmental sector proved that joint efforts of public and private sectors in social projects make them more successful and efficient”, representative of GLC Ana Iaseshvili said.

Head of Women’s Information Center Elene Rusetskaia believes the technical equipment will make everyday lives of women easier.
