Mayor visits Tbilisi woman aged 105

Mayor of Georgia’s capital Tbilisi David Narmania has today congratulated on the New Year to a Tbilisi woman aged 105.

Narmania visited Nina Kilosanidze at home.

Kilosanidze is a World War II veteran and recognised doctor who held a leading positions at Tbilisi hospitals.

The Mayor said the City Hall took special care of the people to be over 100.

"They need special attention from us,” he said.

"We should honour them and appreciate what they have done during their long lives.”

He said Tbilisi City Hall gave 1000 GEL to each Tbilisi resident older than 100.
