Georgia's capital city Tbilisi is today hosting the Global Youth Speak Forum, where young people across the world globe can make their voices heard.

The forum, organised by AIESEC in Georgia, focused on the topic of youth unemployment.

The Georgian Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, the United Nations in Georgia, World Vision Georgia, Microsoft, Coca Cola, TBSC Consulting and many other local and international organisations and companies are among the forum supporters.

"[This forum] is a platform to voice what matters to [young people] today and their visions for a future where education and career development align,” the event organisers said.
"Here young leaders discuss, speak, do workshops and create ideas. In this forum students will be able to approach leaders easily, face to face, ask them whatever they are interested in.”

The aim of Youth Speak 2015 event was to give participants clear information on how to develop themselves personally, professionally, how to act when they start looking for a job, how they should manage everything in the process of employment, as where to find a job and how.

AIESEC is a global, non-political, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. It is the world's largest youth-run organisation, presented in over 124 countries and territories and with over 100,000 members.
