PM hosts socially vulnerable kids this Christmas

Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and his wife Nunuka Tamazashviili celebrated Orthodox Christmas with thousands of socially vulnerable children yesterday.

2,000 children from socially vulnerable families enjoyed spending time with Santa Claus, the Christmas tree, listened to fairy tales and cartoon characters at the Tbilisi Event Hall, which transformed into a magical Christmas party destination on January 7.

The Prime Minister and his family attended a performance of The Snow Queen together with the children. He later gave them Christmas presents.

Georgia’s Minister of Culture Mikheil Giorgadze also joined the Christmas celebration event.
