A Georgian fashion designer will be among the world's top creators at the London Fashion Week next February, with organisers publishing a provisional schedule for the five-day event.

Nearly 200 designers will display their works at the event, and the full list of participants revealing Georgian-born David Koma (born David Komakhidze) among them.

The 29 year-old will present his works on February 21, the show's third day, within the BFC Show Space, one of three sections to be displayed at the Fashion Week venues.

The show's profile for Koma said the young Georgian had become "synonymous with the ultra body contouring silhouette", a feature that helped him become acknowledged on international fashion design scene.

A graduate of Fine Art studies in St Petersburg, Russia, Koma held his first fashion collection at the age of 15.

He moved to London in 2003 and graduated from further Bachelor's and Master's degrees in fashion design.

Appointed Creative Director of French fashion house Mugler in 2013, Koma's designs are worn by global celebrities including singers Beyonce and Lady Gaga and model Miranda Kerr.

The Georgian designer's collection also featured at the 2013 London Fashion Week show.
