Miss Georgia among top 30 models at Miss World 2015

A 24-year-old model representing Georgia at the Miss World beauty contest has been selected among the top 30 models of the global competition.

Miss Georgia 2015 Nuka Karalashvili was chosen alongside models from Brazil, France, Italy, Russia, Spain and other nations to compete in the final stage of the prestigious modelling competition.

A panel of Miss World judges and several designers from luxury clothing label 1436 Erdos named 30 contestants to progress into the final stages of the Miss World Top Model Challenge Event.

This final stage, which will take place on December 12, will see the models showcase the latest designs by 1436 Erdos, a luxury range of cashmere clothing.

The top 30 contestants were chosen after a special catwalk show, held last night at the Beauty Crown Complex in China. The task saw Miss World contestants present their entries in the Miss World Fashion Designer Award.

Miss World 2015 is the 65th edition of the Miss World pageant and will end with a final contest and ceremony on December 19 in host country China.

This year 114 models competed for the crown of Miss World 2015.
