Georgia is one of the leading countries in the world who produce the most books per capita, claims the International Publishers Association.
The BBC reported in 2014, Great Britain produced the world’s largest number of books per capita, while other top countries were Georgia, Taiwan and Spain.
"Last year 184,000 titles were produced [by Britain] - the equivalent of 2,870 titles per million inhabitants when the population is taken into account,” BBC stated.
Georgia made it into the top 5 book producing countries with 1,547 titles per million people, while big countries such as the United States and China ranked only 12th and 25th respectively.
Other countries in the top five were: Taiwan and Slovenia - both producing 1,831 titles per million people and Spain with 1,626 titles.

The BBC also noted that bestselling books like the Harry Potter series and Jamie Oliver cookbooks were credited for helping to keep Britain top of the list.
Meanwhile of the European countries, Belgium ranked bottom with 490 titles produced per million people.
