Georgia is gearing up to launch a new long-running festival that showcases live music events in the summer and extreme winter sports in the cooler months.
Sunny Days Georgia will official open tomorrow night with a warm up performance at Tbilisi Event Hall from internationally acclaimed DJ and producer James Zabiela (UK) and Ukrainian electro-pop singer Onuka.
Prominent local DJs Zurkin and Gio Shengelia will also take part in tomorrow’s celebration.
The festival will present a variety of musical events over the coming months and will focus of modern electronic music, but as the temperature drops, the festival will then feature winter extreme sports.
Sunny Days Georgia is a joint British-Ukrainian project that aimed at combining a healthy life, winter extreme sports and electronic music.
Those behind the project said the festival would suit people of varied interests and offer diverse sports and musical activities for the remainder of the year.
