President wishes heath, wealth and happiness to all this Easter

The President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili is sending best wishes to all Georgian citizens this Easter.

In his Easter message, the President said Easter was a distinctive and special festival since the Saviour had "beaten the weakness of temporal world with love and light”.

"This light shows that love is the supreme temporal power; that life always wins over death; good always triumphs over evil.

"Therefore Easter is something more than just a historical happening. In our individual reality we win over the evil through re-sense of this day and set ourselves towards life, revive, kindness and love,” President Margvelashvili wrote in his statement.

He wished health, love and happiness for Georgian people.

He ended his Easter message saying: "God bless Georgia”.
