Georgia’s Foreign Minister speaks in Brussels

Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Maia Panjikidze has visited Brussels and delivered a speech to the European Parliament.

The Minister attended European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee Session in Brussels and delivered a speech before the European Parliament for the first time, Deputy Minister David Zalkaniani announced at a briefing today.

During her official visit, Panjikidze will meet with Elmar Brok, who is the chairman of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs.

Following her trip to Belgium, Panjikidze is set to visit Ganja in Azerbaijan, where a tri-lateral foreign ministerial meeting is planned between neighbouring countries Georgia, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
