Peace, happiness and prosperity for all Georgians is what President Giorgi Margvelashvili has wished for this Christmas.
"By celebrating Christmas every year we constantly try to get back to the source of holiness in ourselves, to find the strength and energy for love and forgiveness, kindness and humility, the President said in a statement.
He wished Georgian people would live in harmony and hoped the country would flourish.
"Let our renewed and strengthened faith create a basis for building a stronger, more tolerant and loving country and revival of our motherland, the President said.
His Christmas wish was for all Georgian people and their families to be healthy, happy, prosperous and live in peace. He ended his Christmas statement with: "God bless you.
