The special committee for the new presidents swearing-in ceremony made a list of the guests for the Presidents Inauguration on November 17.
According to the Foreign Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia will send invitation cards to the different countries, except none to Georgias northern neighbor.
"We decided to send around 70 invitations to the EU and NATO member countries, also all five countries of the Eastern Partnership, and I want to remind you, the 6th member is Georgia. There will be invitations for the representatives of foreign organizations. We havent diplomatic relations with Russia, thats why we dont plan to send an invitation to Russia, said the Foreign Minister of Georgia, Maia Panjikidze.
The list of the events for the presidents swearing-in ceremony will be announced on Monday. Its known that the Ministry of Culture will provide the artistic part of the Inauguration. As for the military part, the Ministry of Defense is responsible for it. Six Ministries staffs are also involved in the consultations about the presidents Inauguration ceremony.
