Ex-Mayor of Tbilisi over the redundant monthly mobile bill

The suspended Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava explains a one-month mobile phone bill of 38 thousand GEL with a software called Data Roaming, says that he did not know about the fact that the phone charges money even when its not used.

"Those who use a DATA ROAMING on the third-generation mobiles know that the phone charges money even when its not used. For one month, I didnt have that information and now we have a dispute with the provider. Divide 38 thousand by days, hours, minutes and it will turn out that even if I had talked for 24/7, I wouldnt have been able to spend that amount of money, " told Ugulava a Georgian newspaper Kviris Palitra.  

According to him, the head of the City Council Audit Comission Mikheil Kavtaradze is well aware of this fact, but is ordered to spread lies.
