The students study fees will be paid in the framework of the students special social program. According to the Minister of Education Tamar Sanikidze, the Ministrys major priority should be to boost the education development and support students in the cross-border villages.
The Ministry of Georgia has stifled initiative on this subject after the barbed wire installation by the Russian Army across the Georgian villages in Qareli, Kaspi and Gori regions.
