Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili met with the French Foreign Trade Minister Nicole Brick in the Georgian Chancellery today.
Garibashvili introduced his guest to Georgias economic policy guidelines, including liberal trade politics.
The sides noted that EU and Georgia have successfully concluded negotiations on the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA).
According to the Prime Minister, Georgia welcomes the efforts of the EU to initialize the association agreement on November 28, 2013 at the Summit of Eastern Partnership in Vilnius. He also thanked Nicole Brick for the active support of France in this direction.
The meeting was attended by the French delegation and Georgian Minister of Economy.
