Bloomberg Media Group, a prominent publication of global business media, has published an article about the tourism potential of Georgia, introducing the country as a destination of adventure tourism products, cuisine and wine.

With the article titled “A place to reconnect with your sense of adventure”, the edition says Georgia offers a “dramatic location” with year-round attractions beyond the well-worn tourist trails of Europe.

Highlighting the latest Bloomberg Media travel survey, the publication has said Georgia appears to be the “perfect destination” to satisfy the interest of travellers and adventure lovers.

“With international travel opening up once more, people are seeking the new and undiscovered. In the last Bloomberg Media travel survey, an overwhelming 61% of respondents declared that they were planning to explore new destinations. More than half are looking for adventure and want to immerse themselves in new cultures and cuisines, while 50% want to get closer to nature,” the article reads.

The travel piece also describes in detail Georgia’s Black Sea resort city of Batumi, its winter resorts of Tetnuldi and Gudauri, UNESCO-listed cultural monuments, and capital Tbilisi with its narrow streets, contemporary buildings and boutique hotels.
