He believed the Association Agreement and Visa liberalization with the EU would make this process of substantive Europeanization irreversible.
In the epilogue, Usupashvili mentioned that the Georgian society might have defeated Homo Sovieticus, however it was more the most important to create authentic and meaningful Georgian citizenship, and the only role model we have for this project is European citizenship.
