National Geographic magazine has issued a special edition about Georgia.
In this special issue of the magazine, National Geographic tells the story about Georgia’s mountainous and sea resorts, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, its protected areas, cuisine, and wine.
Attractions in Georgia and its most famous destinations are described by both Georgian and foreign writers in the special issue.
Starting from the oldest districts of the capital Tbilisi, and ending with the Black Sea resort town of Batumi, National Geographic describes every interesting detail of the country: architecture, lifestyle, hospitality, traditions, art, culture, touristic hot-spots.
In total, 35,000 copies of the special edition were printed. 30,000 copies of the magazines will be spread in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Iran, while the remaining 5,000 will be sent to diplomatic missions of Georgia abroad.
National Geographic’s special issue about Georgia was printed in English and Russian languages.
