Soon the summer aviation season will be in full swing and more flights from a wide variety of airlines will be flying in and out of Georgia.

Greek airline company Aegean Airlines recently announced it is launching a new direct flight between Heraklion and Tbilisi. Heraklion is the largest city and the administrative capital of the island of Crete.

Flights will be carried out once a week from June 14 to September 13.
