Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Nilakshi Saha Sinha, the Indian Ambassador to the country, on Thursday discussed the existing relations and the future prospects of cooperation.
The Indian Government's decision to open a permanent diplomatic mission in Tbilisi was emphasised by the officials, also pointing out the importance of launching direct regular flights between Georgia and India.
I was honoured to call on @PM_Kobakhidze this morning. Wide-ranging discussions were held for further intensifying our bilateral ties. This would be further boosted by the opening of an Indian Embassy in Tbilisi this year. @MEAIndia @IndiainArmenia @MFAgovge pic.twitter.com/j7BKTC8KCW
